Matte-black ceiling, acoustic treatment, blackout capability, and integrated scaffolding rig with abundant power (63 A 3‑phase, plus single‑phase outlets) perfect for rigging lighting setups and controlling your shooting environment. Seamless logistics of ground-level roller-shutter entry, loading bay, private courtyard for set builds, client parking, and a prep kitchen keep your focus on the shoot. Additional kit available for hire at the studio. Access top-tier camera's (Sony, Canon, RED), lighting (Aputure, strobes, modifiers), lenses (cinema, vintage), and audio kits (Rode, Sennheiser). Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your studio hire. Bookings that our made through our online system need valid payment details provided. For extended or additional time, (see “Overtime” below), any extra charges will be billed to the card on file after your session. Cancellations: We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and resources it takes to prepare the studio for your session. If the Client wishes to postpone or cancel a confirmed booking this must be done at least 7 days before the hire period starts in order to get a full refund or the following cancellation fees will apply. A working day shall be defined as any day except bank and public holidays in England. • Between 7 days and 24 hours before a session– 50% cancellation fee • Less than 24 hours before session – 100% cancellation fee (no refund) Full Refund Cancel more than 7 days before your booking start time to receive a full refund, including any standard studio fees (0% cancellation fee) Partial Refund Cancel between 1 week and 24 hours before a session your booking start time to receive a 50% refund (excluding any non-refundable admin or service fees). No Refund Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your booking start time are non-refundable. Rescheduling We’re happy to help you reschedule if something comes up. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your original booking time. Reschedules are subject to studio availability and must be confirmed in writing. Unplanned Overtime Overtime is charged in 15-minute increments You are given a 15 minute grace period before we start charging The rate is £25 inc VAT per 15 minutes (unless otherwise agreed in advance) To avoid overtime charges, please inform us ahead of time if you expect to go over your slot, we may be able to extend your booking if possible. If We Need to Cancel In the rare event that Kelham Studio must cancel your booking (e.g., due to maintenance, emergency, or other unavoidable reasons), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. How to Cancel or Reschedule All cancellations or changes must be submitted by email to info@kelham.studio with your booking reference.
