Seamless logistics of ground-level roller-shutter entry, loading bay, private courtyard for set builds, client parking, and a prep kitchen keep your focus on the shoot. Additional kit available for hire at the studio. Access top-tier camera's (Sony, Canon, RED), lighting (Aputure, strobes, modifiers), lenses (cinema, vintage), and audio kits (Rode, Sennheiser). Price Includes VAT.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and resources it takes to prepare the studio for your session. Cancellations: Full Refund Cancel at least 72 hours (3 days) before your booking start time to receive a full refund, including any standard studio fees. Partial Refund Cancel between 48 and 72 hours before your booking start time to receive a 50% refund (excluding any non-refundable admin or service fees). No Refund Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking start time are non-refundable, as the slot is unlikely to be rebooked. Rescheduling We’re happy to help you reschedule if something comes up. Please contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your original booking time. Reschedules are subject to studio availability and must be confirmed in writing. Unplanned Overtime Any time beyond your scheduled booking that is not pre-approved will be charged at (Inc Vat) £120/hour, billed in £25 increments (15 minutes). To avoid overtime charges, please inform us ahead of time if you expect to go over your slot, we may be able to extend your booking if possible. If We Need to Cancel In the rare event that Kelham Studio must cancel your booking (e.g., due to maintenance, emergency, or other unavoidable reasons), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. How to Cancel or Reschedule All cancellations or changes must be submitted by email to info@kelham.studio with your booking reference.
